To ensure safety, dignity, and equality for women by preventing and addressing harassment, discrimination, and gender-based issues within the institution.
Scope
All female students, faculty, and staff members of the institution.
Key Responsibilities
Address and resolve complaints of sexual harassment in a timely and confidential manner.
Organize awareness programs on women's rights, gender sensitivity, and legal provisions.
Provide counseling and support services to affected individuals.
Ensure compliance with laws and institutional policies on women's safety.
Promote an inclusive and respectful work and study environment.
